Fire/CO Safety Equipment

Aldi have some fire safety equipment on special:

Fire Extinguisher £6.99
Carbon Monoxide Tester £3.49

The fire extinguisher is a small domestic 1kg powder appliance (c.f. 6kg you see in public places / places of work etc.) but is half the price of a similar specified extinguishers at screwfix.com, which is usually very cheap for building / diy stuff, and argos. The CO detectors are usually about £5.

Also as spotted in a previous post I found that these were still available but it was neccessary to request one as they were stored off the shop floor:

Fire Blanket £2.99.

So just £13.49 for a big peace of mind.
