1. Prize draw entry is open to customers who fully complete the online entry form to subscribe to the Misco E-Deal service.
2. Only one entry per customer will be accepted. Customers who are existing or past subscribers to Misco E-Deals will automatically be included for the prize draw.
3. No product purchase from Misco is necessary.
4. You must be a UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands resident and be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
5. The following categories of person are not eligible to enter: employees and members of the immediate family of employees of Misco, Systemax Europe Ltd or any company within its group of companies.
6. By subscription to the Misco E-Deals you hereby give express authority to allow Misco to hold and process any data in all categories provided by you for the purposes of maintaining a customer database and allowing Misco and any company within the Systemax Europe Ltd companies to send marketing information to you and contact you regarding our goods and services.
7. By subscription to Misco E-Deals you hereby give express authority to Misco to send you our latest offers and updates electronically on a regular basis.
8. Subscribers to Misco E-Deals may cancel their subscription at any time by completion of the notice established for this purpose on the Misco E-Deals unsubscribe option, included with every email.
9. Misco cannot accept responsibility for any entries delayed in transmission from Internet providers or for incomplete entries submitted. Any incomplete entries will be disqualified.
10. The prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
11. Misco reserves the right to publish the names of competition winners. Winners names will be available on request.
12. The judge’s decision is final.
13. Winners will be notified by email no later than two weeks after the prize draw has been made. Closing date for entry is midnight Saturday 31st October 2009.
14. Please allow 28 days from notification for delivery of prize.
