Happened when I was a kid. We had bought chinese takeaway, dished up onto plates in the kitchen, and I carried mine back into the lounge with the fork in my mouth (as my hands were full). Got back to my spot on the floor and went to sit down. As I went down, I managed to catch the handle of the fork with my knee and shoved it to the back of my throat where it stuck. Ran around screaming for a bit with this fork dangling out of my mouth trying to cough it up (still had plate of chinese food in my hands). Had three neat little prong marks at the back of my throat for weeks.
Another time was lying on the floor sprawled out in front of the fire with my feet up on the sofa. Mum struck a match to light a cig. Head flew off the match and down my trouserleg. Didn't quite reach the spuds but hurt nonethless.

Arrrgh wasps! I went to a conference last September and ten seconds after getting off the train a wasp flew down my top, into my bra and stung me in the most embarrasing place to show to a pharmacist. For the whole week I had to endure sniggers from my male colleagues (who witnessed the event and offered to try and "suck the poison out") whilst I tried to avoid any bit of clothing touching my chest.
