A couple of winning queries

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I have a couple of queries.
I won a Vodkat kit on the 1st September, should I have received this yet, or is it normal that I haven't a month on?
I also googled my name which came up that I'd won something from a competition in August, I haven't heard anything about winning this competition. My name isn't common at all. Should I contact them to see if it is me?

Hi crazygal I just won on the Vodkat comp it said prize would be sent in 15 days so you should have received it by now ~ I would try emailing them to chase it up

The 28 days rule has passed on both your wins, definitely worth sending a polite email to both companies inquiring as to when you should expect the prizes.

It's not unusual for a prize to take a couple of months to arrive. But it won't hurt to contact both of them and ask about the delivery and to find out if you are the winner .

Hi i won a vodkat kit on the 1st September and still not received it, so just to let you know your not the only one

sorry peeps I should of explained a bit more, with regards to Vodkat

the wins are sent out approx 15 days after the comp ends for that month

so the comp for Sept ended yesterday, and then its 15 days till they are sent, making it mid October you should be expecting them

Thank you for your replies, I have emailed More Magazine to check whether it was me or not, and on the plus side I entered Vodkat again incase it wasn't coming and have won again, so should definatly receive one of them by end of November.

Thank you Ellasmommy mine was a facebook competition as well, but i haven't received an email or anything saying I've won, But I am on the winners list and there is only one other person with my name on facebook, and they live in Canada, so I'm hoping its me. Fingers Crossed
