Sent an email to si terry about not getting my double the difference on overcharge of £18 on Baileys - customer service as usual was rude and refused to give in.
Reply received today and sir terry dept. have given full apology and made sure the manager is aware of what happened and asked for my address - hope I get something nice and not a delivery load of trouts .
Baileys is only £9 in ASDA 1Ltr at the moment so cheaper than Ts anyway.
They are much nicer in asda more friendly.
Cant keep up with the bleach and cif at the moment buying loads of it.0 -
I did my shopping in Sainsburys today which made a nice change. Nectar had very kindly sent me a £4 off £20 voucher (and another for next week) and I also had till-spits for £2 off £20 and 50p off milk and the same off bakery items. Plus I found 'Gold milk' on offer at 64p with a nice pile of 20p off mocs next to it (Sainsburys specific) so thought it rude not to let the family try it for their cereal tomorrow.
Everything was so clean and the staff very friendly, I spent £26 but paid about £18. Kicked myself a bit for not popping a couple of extra mocs in the little pile, as when she scanned the last moc the girl said 'oh I never check that you've bought the items'...I have remembered her face for next time!
I mainly shop in Waitrose but Sainsburys made a change. Tesco...where's that then?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Arrived home tonight after work and I happened to see tesco shopping bags, my wife went shopping and thought that I would be later back and had planned to hide the bags as she knows that I do not want to shop at MrTs. Well as you can expect a small dispute happened and a few harsh words were exchanged by both, but alt least we have both agreed that we will not shop at MrTs except when my wife thinks shes getting a bargin.0
