Notice that they are employing a new security code on this coupon  Now 22 digit 'proper' barcode (Not sure what code they are using though, it's not EAN13 [Sensible obviously]) rather than the 16 digit 'blob' previously, other than that dunno what it adds to their security (VC will I'm sure explain all..........)

LOL I got a message saying that you had posted this m4rtin , so here goes.....just printed the strange one that you have pointed out and also one direct from the Quattro site (which still has the old style code).....the "new" barcode has a VERY similar PIN to the other one, but has a new 4 digit number stuck to the front, and a 2 digit number stuck on the end......
it looks to me like they are trying to track coupons more accurately to IP addresses now:eek:
It's nice to be nice .....
You HAVE checked google before asking, haven't you?;)

Are you saying that people's IP no is on the coupons?
Won't bother a lot of people now as the coupons on couponnet are not worth printing unless it's for something that is free or on offer somewhere. Bit too late I think ;)
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I am getting on OK and will be starting my new job next month, which is good news (a bit more money and more challenging than my current PT jobs - which the new position will replace). But it would have been nice to tell my Mum in person that I got the job...she knew I was going for the interview.

She knows CM and you know she knows :A:A:A:A:A

    Morning all.
Well done on new job CM.
    Get well soon PC.

Just printed off some more Milka and Hovis MOC's and noticed expiry on Hovis was end of this month not 2 weeks as per Page 1 - anyone else noticed this? Could this be the finish date for the MOC?
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D

I thought it had changed to THREE weeks expiry jeferey.....If the date hasn't changed in a couple of days time then it will undoubtedly be the end date.....Nice while it lasted though!

Thanks VC sorry to wake you from your slumbers  Or have you been out and found a life ;)

I presumed it would allow better tracking but horse, door and stable come to mind....Perhaps the old 'barcode' (aka mess of dots) was not easily machine readable due to variable printer quality......So although they log the printing IP each time they couldn't tie them together so easily at the end
