Just to confirm that Tesco Customer Service still couldn't organise a  **** up in a brewery............:rotfl::rotfl:
:T Thanks to Holliemon over on PTS for this e-mail she got from them yesterday about the Tesco Coupon Policy.....
Tescos Coupon Policy Sent To Me To-day 12th
Thank you for taking the time to talk to me this afternoon.
As requested our coupon policy is as follows -
• Customers can use branded coupons without buying the product if Tesco stocks the product and the coupon is in date.
• Only one branded coupon can be accepted per item not purchased.
• Customers can pay for all of their shopping using different branded coupons as long as the conditions above have been met.
• If two branded coupons are presented, the customer needs to have bought one of the products.
• We do not accept competitor product coupons, e.g. ASDA coupon 50 pence off a bottle of Coke.
• We do accept conditional spend coupons from competitors e.g. Sainsbury £3.00 off when you spend £30:00 or more.
• We do accept internet coupons which must be accepted on the same terms and conditions as above.
• Photocopies cannot be accepted.
• We accept supplier coupons without a barcode as long as they are in date and Tesco stock the product.
• We do not accept damaged, copied or defaced coupons.
• If coupons do not scan, the barcode needs to be manually entered, if everything else matches.
• The Store Manager has the discretion to refuse coupons if he/she believes a customer is abusing the policy.
I hope this helps, and I have sent a copy of this email to the Managers of the XXXXXXXX stores so that any confusion or misunderstanding can be cleared up.
If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact me at customer.service@tesco.co
