My Google-Fu powers must be weak but I can't find a recipe for these anywhere.

got this on google but have never see a paris bun so dont know if its okay or not
paris buns
10fl oz milk, 5fl oz oil, 6oz sugar, 2eggs, 5oz currants,
1lb 12ozs sr flour 200oc 15 mins
mix milk, oil, eggs, and sugar add in flour and currants drop spoonfuls onto a greased tray0
