I saw a Mtg advisor @ Britannia BS a couple of weeks ago as my deal with the Halifax is about to end, she quoted me on the 4.64% 2yr fixed which is what I wanted. Because I hadn't decided what to go for yet she said she would call me if the product was about to be withdrawn then I could decide if I wanted to go ahead or not. It was withdrawn yesterday and I haven't heard a thing does anyone know if I am too late and if I am as we had a verbal arrangement will they let me have that product??

I think the best thing to do would be to ask them.
We can only guess.

If it was withdrawn yesterday you willl not have qualified unless the advisor has booked the funds. it might be worth your while exploring your options again via a whole of market mortgage advisor, as there are some deals that are now more competitive than Britannias new two year fixed
