Hi folks

Getting a bit panicky now again, was approved over the phone for a cashminder account a week yesterday. The very cheerful lady congratulated me then said I would receive the welcome pack and just needed to send in a proof of address, a bill or bank statement.

Heard nothing since... Any of your pearls of wisdom would be much appreciated.... x

have you sent your proof off as they wont continue processing it till they recieved them, they told me this today

Probably due to the postal strikes, I wouldnt worry.

The woman said there would be a form in the welcome pack and a pre paid envelope to send the proof of address... will ring them tomorrow. Thanks guys...
