Am I a first time buyer?

Hi all,

Just wondering if I am classed as a first time buyer?

I did buy a house about 3 years ago and sell it... but have been living in rented accomodation since.

If not first time what am i? Only other options are:-

moving house
remortgage....

    It really isn't difficult for you to know.
    I did buy a house about 3 years ago
    So if you buy a second house you will be ... a second time buyer! Or a home mover!
