CSA Forced House Sale

The other thread was getting a tad long, and as I am one who has gone thru this Forced Sale and happy to assist.

The process is as 'fixed' as a Liability Order hearing. In short, you could have evidcne of the most henous crimes by the Agency, and they do not have to have followed correct procedures in any way.

When the Debt is established in law, a County Court cannot go behind that. I had proof that documents had be falsified, court lied to - you name it, I could prove it. But it matter not.

In short 27 days to go.
