Magners arrived

Magners arrived today. but no cider!! just tshirt and glass.
I am sure someone else here had same thing happen. Think dhl are keeping them or are they sent separately. Please advise chums.

Really sorry to hear someone else having this problem. I had the same with my first kit, still no luck 3 weeks later. I have emailed Magners but got no reply, rang DHL who denied all knowledge of a second parcel even though the label stated 1 of 2. Feel a bit like I'm banging my head against a brick wall so I really hope you have better luck than me getting an answer

I got mine delivered seperately, about 6 hours apart, doesnt make sense to me lol

but I got them, I'm sure yours will turn up soon :-)

Same thing happened to me . apparently they do come seperately one from DHL and one from DHL home. I phoned DHL but they cant track it without the number of the parcel thats missing.

I eventually phoned the company sending out the prizes (POS Direct 0116 282 0340). They said they had problems with damaged parcels and checked my postcode . Mine had been damaged. They sent me another one out the same day I spoke to him and I got it next day.

I dont understand why they send it out separately in some areas - I've won 3 times, and both boxes have been delivered together each time

My Magners t-shirt and glass arrived on Tuesday without any cider.
I decided to leave it a couple of days before contacting them, and the cider turned up safely today.
That is, it was safe until my dad started looking after it.....
Not sure how much will be left by the time I get home
