Not much responce to CCA requests for old debts

Hi, I am going to send out the 12 plus 2 letters tomorrow the time is well past. I didn't know that the 30 day one wasn't required anymore?. I have only had one reply from one dca who have sent me a photocopy of an agreement,(I have put this on another thread). The photocopy is poor and does not have the intrest rate on it,I believe it has to be on the same sheet as your signature?. Any ideas as to what letter I should send to them?. There is no deed of asignment either,allthough I don't really know what one looks like!.0
