We have £100 on a Morrisons card. Do they give change if you spend under the £100?

Also wondering about paying for topup using credit card..particularly on the asda scheme. I know some credit card companies class gift vouchers etc. as cash advances. I assume the topup can just go through in the same transaction as your groceries, so your c/card company would be none the wiser..thoughts/experiences?
