I normally do a toad in hole a couple of times a month but I had never thought of just doing a giant yorkshire....how thick am I:D:rotfl:
DD loves my yorkies but it is currently a joint effort as I am unable to whisk, so I add ingredients in the jug (mum is from yorkshire and dad up north too, so I can make cracking yorkies:p) and OH mixes, then I turn oven on and hot, then he lifts tray out and I pour:rotfl:....what a palava!

Mine always used to be flat but I now realise there are two basic concepts, very hot oil and at least two eggs as the more eggs you use, the higher they rise. Mine are huge every time.Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110
