Silly Question?

Hi, I'm new on here but have been reading the board for some time. It's been awful but I decided, after advice, to go BR. I'm going to court Friday but I'm having problems with the forms. One question that has me stumped is - When did you obtain this credit card? It's been years, I can't remember. I've been filling the forms in for days (it feels like weeks) and my mind has gone to mush. On top of that I'm terrified of going to court and them sending me back home because I've filled the forms in incorrectly. If anybody can help it would be much appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the board,
Who did you take advise from?
Just put the nearest estimated date you can remember and that will be fine.
Here's some example of completed forms to help you.
Example completed forms and guidance notes:-- Debtor's Bankruptcy Petition 6.27 Example (Thanks to NE Derbyshire CAB)
- Statement of Affairs (Debtor’s Petition) 6.28 Example (Thanks to NE Derbyshire CAB)

I took advice from CAB and CCCS. I've just had a call from the adviser at CAB, she said I should say that I obtained the cards several years ago and can't remember the date.0

Could you not just phone your creditors? Surely they must have some record somewhere...The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.
