Help - where can i buy pudding skins???

Want to try and make my own white puddings, recipe says ask your butcher for pudding skins, but all butchers I have tried only have sausage skins. Is this the same?

Methinks this is what you're looking for.

Home Pack Beef Runner - £5.95 for 9 metres, but there's p+p on top (you have to register to get to checkout for total).

These are around 40mm diameter, sausage skins are thinner and 28mm dia seems to be the biggest available.

If you are just doing one off trial, go with the sausage skins if you can get them locally. Hog Casings would be better than collogen as they won't burst as easily when cooking.
