Two Amazon sales to add £27.23

Had some bad news today at the hospital so I'm not sure I'll have the energy to put much effort in for the month but I'll still try. Can't be doing with the hassle of ebay right now though

Hi, I am going to try for £5 a day to start with - do you count money as it hits your account or as you do surveys etc? Because you obviously can't withdraw immediately. Clues of best ways to earn extra appreciated :)
