Received paying in book/Lloyds TSB

Hi folks
Have some good news.
Received a payment paying in book from Lloyds TSB in today's post for my loan.
The letter also confirms that they accept £1 token payments, and to be reviewed in six months, unless of course this is paid up by then if we get the money.
However, on another note, the other loan also with lloyds, which this one is a joint one, both myself and hubby, they have not sent a payment booklet out for that one yet.
But we did receive a letter to say that as they have not received full payment yet - despite the final demand being issued by their Solicitors SCM, they are willing to temporary suspend legal action for 10 days, if we contact them straight away to discuss what options are available.
I will contact them, but it will be a letter to ask as its the same reasons as we are in financial hardship, to ask about a paying in book for this one as well.
Do you think they should do the same for both loans folks?
