This code doesn't work unfortunately. I emailed Kays about this and firstly was told that the code had expired and then,after I emailed them a copy of the letter I got, they told me to order as usual and once I had decided to keep the item to contact them and they would apply the code. HTH

This only arrived this morning.

Thats annoying isnt it. Did we all receive the same code then?

Perhaps you have to ring so they can check if you should have received it at all.

I received mine on Wednesday. There was a post on here the other day and it didn't seem to work for anybody. A few of my friends received the same code too and had the same problem.
