A friend of mine told me about this website so not being much of a finance expert I thought I'd have a look and see what I could learn. I went straight to the section on Missold endowments and after reading how easy it was to complain, I used the letter on the Which link, sent it off, spent an hour completeing the questionnaire that came back and lo and behold 8 weeks later a cheque came through my door for £4075.62!
