Do Natwest Search back 3 years or 6 ?

Hi Everyone,
I read somewhere I am sure that Natwest only search back 3 years when doing a credit search rather than 6 ?, is this true as I have 4 defaults from 2006 that won't drop off until 2012, if they only search back 3 years then by next month none of them would show ?.

I admit I don't know the answer but I would think Natwest would simply look at your entire credit record rather than being date specific. I haven't ever heard of anyone doing anything else.
The only thing that stays on your credit report for 3years is the payment history. Could it be this that you read about?
There is a poster on the bank charges reclaim board called natweststaffmember - perhaps they would be able to help you?
