Aching Legs - Ankles and Knees

Hi
I am a 29 year old male - and I feel like I am 60 especially in the morning. My knees and ankles seem to ache a lot for some reason. I do a fair bit of driving but I do not think that would contribute to it. I do live a healthy lifestyle in terms of eating etc - but smoke a little (not much) but I am teetotal and never drank. However I rarely exercise
So any ideas what this could be - just getting older? ANything I can do or take. Also my feet and hands are cold all the time even when I am in bed, as the Mrs keeps telling me - could this be connected?
Thanks

I would try a supplement of Glucosamine. You can get it in a powder or a tablet form. My DH thinks the powder form works better. He's found a marked improvement in his knees since taking it. HTH. Just google it if you want to read more about it.Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.
