Newbie wanting to save the pennies

Hi
New here and looking at where to start? I dont have any debt apart from my mortgage (Been bankrupt) but im looking at saving about £4k for a nose job :rotfl:
We have ok jobs and i can probably save £500 a month at a push, cant get saving account because of BR. What other ways can i earn some extra cash to go towards my new nose! Obviously with xmas on its way and 2 little children the saving may not go to plan till the new year but i can hope
Put my name down for the NSD challenge, so thats a start. Im hopeless at not spending though.
