Hi
I posted a thread earlier about obtaining 5% discount from Chocolate for Chocoholics but it has completely disappeared. Does anyone know what rules I have broken to get it taken off because if I have broken the rules I am wondering why the earlier thread is still there.

I take it nobody knows the reason why. I have looked at the rules and I don't think I have broken them.
The code I have given is a distributor code and we are positively encouraged to give it out, especially to people who do not live in an area with a distributor. I have it printed on my identification stickers and in the letter I send out with brochures, this is why we were given it to promote the company and we can give it to who we like. Its not like posting a tesco voucher, these ones are meant to be shared.£2.00 Savers Club = £34.00 So Far

Well as 139 people have read this I imagine they might be interested in the code. I will post it again but if it is against the rules can someone please let me know rather than just deleting the post.
The code is DST 038 (thats a zero). You will not see the discount until you get to the point where you see the invoice which is just prior to you actually entering your credit or debit card number. Needs to be in capitals as shown.
This discount can go part way towards the postage costs but if you get together with a few friends and you order over £125 then you get free delivery. The company is called Chocolate for Chocoholics. If you put this into Google you will find them easily, I don't want to post the link again incase this is the reason my post was deleted.
They are a very reputable company and have been in business for over 20 years and I myself have been a distributor with them for 8 years.£2.00 Savers Club = £34.00 So Far

Is this the company?

I don't see any mention of the free delivery if you spend over £125 though.0 -
Hi Pineapplejelly
Yes that is the company however that address is I think where they are pointing the corporate customers. There is another address https://www.chocolate-parties.com
When you place an order and then go to checkout you get to put in the distributor code to obtain the discount, you will eventually come to a screen that shows the delivery price and if your order is under £125 it will be £5.95 if its over then there won't be a charge. You will then get to an invoice screen which will show the 5% discount coming off providing you have put the distributor code in ie DST 038
This all happens before you actually put your credit card details in so you can have a play by putting a few things in and then try with more than £125 in to see the delivery charge come off. You do have to register with them first though as it will think you are ordering and want your address details etc.
Either way you will get the 5% discount although this is off the order only not order + delivery charge.
I am not sure why they don't mention the free delivery, they do like most people to order through a distributor if there is one available in your area.£2.00 Savers Club = £34.00 So Far

In your first post you said "This discount can go part way towards the postage costs" but in your second "the 5% discount is off the order only not order + delivery charge"... which is it?0

What I meant was that if you order under £125 you will have to pay postage costs but the discount will mean you get a bit off.
ie £100 order + £5.95 postage - £105.95, less discount (off the £100) ie -£5.00 = £100.95 to pay.
Order £150 - postage free - discount of £7.50 = £142.50 to pay.
Hope that makes sense£2.00 Savers Club = £34.00 So Far

Just curious to know if anyone ordered any chocolate and if so am assuming that everyone got their discount okay as no-one has come back here to say they didn't.
Those of you that ordered hope you have enjoyed your chocs. Don't do what the lady did at work, she ordered a load of gifts, ate it all and then had to order it all over again. This year she has given them to one of the other girls to look after so she won't eat them!!£2.00 Savers Club = £34.00 So Far
