Tesco similar to their home panel but not?

Someone on here posted about this and I clicked on the link and it took me to somewhere like the Tesco home panel but it is not that it is something similar (from memory) and I think you have to register your clubcard which i didn;t have on me so left it but now can't find it.....any help please? I have searched the Tesco site and all ways in google but can't seem to find it
