Hi,

I've had this happen in the past and M&S did take into account the discount and only refunded the cost of what I actually paid. I think it was the kids discount I used which was £5 off a £25 spend. The top I took back was £11 and they refunded me £6 as I had used the disount to get it in the first place. Hope that makes sense.

Yes grey ones in the bin! unless like me you want to have as many bras and knickers as I have shoes! Sure they are a necessity though :rotfl:
