Baptism details for church?

We've been given a form to fill in by the church we wish to get married in and it asks us if we were baptised and if so where. We can't find my OH's baptism certificate and neither his sister nor his Dad can remember where (possibly Sevenoaks but not sure) - will they need to know the exact church?

Is the Church Catholic or CofE?

If its CofE i think only one of you needs be baptised but obviously in a Catholic church you'd need details for both of you.

C of E as OH is divorced. Thanks picklepick - I'll try just saying Sevenoaks (I've got my full details) and see what they say!

Was no problem, know Sevenoaks well so knew there wasn't many, google did the rest
