Strongbow win missing...

Hi guys,

I had a phone call from Strongbow about 5 weeks ago to say I have won an I-pod alarm clock. However nothing has turned up yet.

Has anyone else had this problem? Bit worried as our neighbours are a bit shifty!

I sent an email to them last week in regards to two missing runner-up prizes, they said they were having issues with supplier, but would get them out asap.

Given yours is a first prize, i'd say contact them right away.

I had a phone call 2 days after emailing them, so pretty sharp at responding.

my runner up prize came Friday after about 5-6 weeks
my TV win took about 4 weeks or so

I won August 25th, received phone call next day to confirm my address details and that it was a first prize and that would take 28 days. Not yet received anything either - will have to chase them up about it soon

I wish it would hurry up as the suspense is killing me as cant wait to find out what the prize is :rotfl:

UPDATE - My prize arrived today 2nd October its a TV yippee

I won on the strongbow competition on 14th august,and have chased a lot after 28 days,I emailed pamela taking the email from this forum and she replies really quick,but its been too long,and she stopd replying now, after emailing her twice she got back saying they delivered my prize and they have proof of delivery too
I or mum/dad are always home and we r 100% sure they never came??
i never had problems with runner-up prizes/glasses they came on time and all...infact from chasing till 2 weeks they still cant able to tell me what i won as a first prize?
I got so worried by this,and thought is it spam or something cuz i cant seem to understand this and wanted to talk to MD or Vice president abt this to rapp(behalf of strongbow) there was also jj heany first so there was also a change of staff as well!..
After talking abt the MD,pamela called me assuring she will get bottom of it and will get back to me? and so i didnt talk to any manager..after a while she called me asking if anyone in your household had a initial G? Which no one has in my house??..and we all know that no courier company evr visited our house in any occassion.
I dont know what to do,emailed her again,if this time they couldnt sort out,maybe i would talk to their MD
Any suggestions on how do i go about this? has anyone evr gone through this? They also have a signature saying its mine??:eek:
