Stain help please

I've got some whiteish stains over my worktop - when you wipe them, they kind of disappear but they reappear again when it's dry. 
I'm guessing it's either bleach, or stuff I used to clean the oven with on Monday -can't remember the name of it, it's the stuff that comes in the orange box.
Any suggestions how to get rid?

Bleach does this but after wiping it down a couple of times it should be gone?
