I wanna Manual Treadmill (views/recommendations please)

Looking to buy a manual treadmill (must be magnetic and foldable).
Possibly the Carl Lewis MTM25 for which the best price I've seen is at Tribal (just under £109 delivered).
Any suggestions please?
Anyone who's already got a manual treadmill and can let me have their views would also be appreciated.
I know a powered one would be nice but I just don't have the room to have anything that heavy permanently set up.

I picked up a Foldable York Pacer manual treadmill off ebay. I was the only bidder and got it for a fiver. I only went for it because it was a few miles drive down the road as posting wasnt an option as they are very heavy. The chap who i bought it off had hardly used it and got bored of it.
Whilst looking for one, i noticed that on ebay the manual ones go very cheap probably be because people are mainly interested in the motorised ones. After using the manual one, i then realised its ALOT more work because its you that drives the belt.
I suppose if you are 101% commited to wanting to utilising a manual treadmill, it'll work for you. But I have used a motorised one in the past and then to use a manual one was too hard and I just folded it away after a few goes and wished I had a motorised one.
I would recommend a motorised treadmill.0 -
Thanks for the feedback bobadobado. Apart from space part of the problem is that we have chipboard floors throughout this house so I can see noise vibrating through the flooring being a bit of a problem.
The idea was to replace a strider that we currently have, but it sounds like our best bet may be to stick with the strider.0 -
You are probably right as all that pounding up & down even on a manual treadmill has got to be quite noisy.0
