CSA Clerical or Wholly clerical?

You may find the term "wholly clerical" helpful if you are trying to find out what has happened to your case, after 8 months of constant phone calls I found by chance, that my clerical case had gone wholly clerical. The wholly clerical team are based at Stockport (who were excellent) and the CSA helpline will give you their number.
