N244 apllication to set aside a CCJ

Hi
Has anyone been involved with a 'set aside' N244 application? I have a CCJ and the person has applied to have it set aside even though the 14 dat dealine has gone. A hearing date will be set soon. How d'you think the judge will look at this? Do judges look favourably at N244 applications?Thanks
