i live with my wife we are both 61 we dont talk and have separate rooms she claims for me can i change this so we claim sperately we are on pension credit.

If you are married and living in the same house, I don't think you will be able to convince the authorities that you should be able to claim as individuals. They will regard you as a couple.0
