Freezer repairman - anyone know a good one?

Our freezer (Schreiber, from B&Q) gave out about a month ago, and as we were renting out our house, the rental agent got his 'repairman' out to look at it. According to him, the compressor had packed in, so he would order a replacement and fit it.
After a month, and many phone calls from us to him, he finally bothered to turn up and fit it, whereupon it now seems that the compressor wasn't at fault at all and another component is at fault. Naturally enough, this component is "very difficult to get" (despite the fact that I found it within 10 minutes on Google...) and he hasn't bothered to call us back with any update.
So, does anyone know any good, reliable repairmen for electrical goods, preferably in the Lisburn/Belfast area?

You should be having a bloody good go at the Rental Agent... Is this not why you're paying them... to sort out stuff like this.... maybe they or said repair man should be Named & shamed0

The rental agent did all they could, but we have since moved back into the house, so it's easier for us to deal with it now.
The repairman is a guy called Charlie Minnis. Even when speaking to him on the phone, you can tell he doesn't care.
Any recommendations folks? We could do with being able to store some frozen meat :-)0
