Car boot/Market stall

Hello I am thinking about starting a car boot or market stall and have forund a few places that sell ex-cat stock but having seen a few mixed reviews about these places im having second thoughts.
I would like to know it there are any better starting points in order to buy some sellable stock without a massive buget and where i can buy this stuff from.
