need ideas for tonight

Hi guys,
need some inspiration for some dinner tonight. I have got some left over roast chicken from yesterday. I have also got mushroom/chicken soup, ive got some peppers, rice, pasta, veggies, spuds, got eggs also. any ideas anyone? im stuck and i really would like to do something different tonight. can anyone help?? thanks guys :rolleyes:

Chicken pie, (you could slice the potatoes very thinly on top - sort of like a hot pot) if you have no pastry.

use hte chicken in a chicken fried rice recipe - cook some rice and leave it to cool. fry some onions in butter with a wee drop of oil so it doesnt burn, add veggies that you fancy, add your rice and chicken, seasoning to taste mix it all up and serve. i love it veggie only, can be made quite buttery, fantastic taste and a excellent comfort food. i serve it on its on (with some chutney) or with a curry saucefamily of six - grocery challenge - £480 monthly0
