This was posted on the grab it while you can board last night.
Since then from reading the thread there is great debate if those who placed an order (which I did) will receive it.
Apparently the link was emailed out to certain customers and figleaves will be matching email address to orders etc.
But who knows what will happen it's still worth a go.0 -
Awwww - what a shame.
I get quite a few of my bra's from Figleaves as there are not many places that cater for the erm..... larger busted ladies!!
Could have done with that as they've got a really nice one there at the moment.
Ah well, next time.
Thanks anyway.

I received this email today after placing an order at the weekend.Dear Customer,
We are contacting you to advise that we are unable to accept the order that you recently placed using a £20 off voucher. The voucher was originally sent to a specific customer and cannot be used by anyone else. We have cross-referenced the details and they do not match your own. Therefore, your order has now been cancelled.
I would also like to draw your attention to our Terms and Conditions which state:
“Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have dispatched (the ‘Dispatch Confirmation E-mail’). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation Email to you.”0 -

Hmmm....
I haven't tried to use mine yet, but to get my £20 voucher I just signed up via their website. It states in the email I got 'no min spend'.
Is this what everyone did? If so, how come they can decline it as 'sent to' someone else?

The codes for £20 no min spend have been turned into £20 off £80 min spend now, so hence that's why u need £80 min spend.
As far as I know, pretty much no one got anything delivered ordering using the no min spend voucher, figleaves cancelled them all.
If you still want to buy from there, maybe wait until u can spend £100 and:
use on the 10% off promotions (for example egg card customers-there are others too)
get the £30 off £100 spend voucher (not including delivery)
use quidco to get 9% cashback on final total
giving you
102 (including delivery)
-10% = £92
-£30=£62
and then get around £6 cashback via quidco and cashback credit card, total of approx £56
if you want to spend £56 pounds that is
doh the £30 voucher went...oh well next time0
