Gorgeous Suit for graduation

Hi
My daughter graduates on July 12th
she is in Norwich so we have booked a cottage down there for the week as we are 250 miles away!
I had planned to go out and buy myself a posh outfit(didnt know how i was going to afford it on top of paying for the cottage, daughters hire of cap/gown, pics etc etc) but hey I would somehow have managed!!!
Anyhow last week we went to a Car Boot Sale and I saw this gorgeous Brand new with tags still attached, Suit from Marks and Spencers. It is a pinsripe skirt suit from the Italian range----the price of the skirt was £45 and the Jacket £80
and I got it for £2!!!!!! It fits perfectly and looks sooooo smart!!!! I am really pleased!!!
I would never have thought of going to a Car Boot before joining MSE.

Well gone Gilly - I don't think it is good luck - you had the right attititude and awareness - a great example of where the true value of something is far greater than its cost, and doing some future planning!
