Also look at bagsoflove.com they allow you to use any picture you want and then email you with the final version for you to print out

If you like gardening you could download this desktop calendar, its not great but its all i know about sorry. Do keep an eye out because they do a really nice nature one that you can send of for and it is free.

If you want to spend P&P vistaprint are doing a lovely free one and you can add your own photos to it
