which mortgage should i choose?

My fix rate will be end in March. Not too sure which type of mortgage i need choose again, is that fix, variable or track?? Can somebody give me some advice and any prediction for the coming year?

for 1 year its expected to stay reasonably low (base rate) but it will rise at some point so if you go with a tracker make sure its on a very short term.
Ive just gone with a long term fixed. If you can get a good fixed rate on a very long term you may just be better off in 2 years time than you would be with anything else.

My prediction for next year is that there will be a general election and the population will have to pick a party to run ( down!) the country!
What will happen to interest rates wel thats a different matter.
If you cant afford for rates to go to high then a long term 3/5 years FIX might be a good idea.
I like offset mortgages GOOD LUCK0
