Seasonal veg

Hello, i'm trying to cut down on spending (aren't we all!) and thinking about seasonal veg as this is cheaper than other stuff but only thing is I don't know what is in season when. Any ideas on whats in season now please?

    In my garden I have:
    • lettuce
    • tomatoes
    • cucumber
    • the last courgettes
    • onions
    • garlic
    • shallots
    • aubergine
    • chillis
    • sweet peppers
    • pumpkins and squash
    • Jerusalem artichokes
    • carrots
    • parsnips
    • swede
    • kohl rabbi
    • peas
    • beans
    • beetroot
    This is harvest time, so there should be loads!

    I'll add this to Eat The Seasons later, to keep ideas together.
