Pls help me calculate capital payments

Hi,

We currently have a repayment mortgage with a tracker rate currently at 0.74%. Could somebody tell me how to work out how much of a monthly payment made towards this mortgage will go towards capital rather than interest?

The reason we are asking is that we have sold our house, and we may have to go into rented for a while, so we are trying to work out what we are losing that is not paying off this sum, so we can drop the offer price on the house we are buying by a fair amount so we are not out of pocket.
