http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_%28Internet%29
a troll is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response[1] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.[2]fantasia322 wrote: »phew thats good to know - am prone to mistakes lol. I think the thing I least like about being 'told off' is that most of the time its not helpful and its actually a personal attack. It's very easy to say something horrible to people online, there are real people behind these posts and the attacks hurt just as much if not more than if it was in real life, people read things differently, so 'sarcastic' comments don't come across that way.
I have had it on this site, not this part of it, but I have been really attacked because I gave my opinion on a company I have used several times with no problem, that someone was really having a go about. I now don't use that forum section because I don't want to be attacked personally

I'm a fairly recent member and have seen people be abrupt about a 'repost' which was posted over a year ago, these posts are helpful to me because I wasn't a member then!0

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

I don't think the people who need to read this post have done so, I've noticed more than one very abrupt message regarding wrong postings today. I've been on here a while but I'm sure this is off-putting for newbies who may never post again. Good manners cost nothing people.2020 Wins:
