Hi all,

Hoping for a NSD today. Went shopping yesterday complete with list and stuck to it so feeling really good. Still writing everything down what an eye opener that is.

I have starte writing everything down and my lord its very much an eye opener, its amazing where it all goes when you are just poping out for a pint of milk and a loaf of bread and suddenly you have spent £8...
Keep up the diary I find it works well and at the end of the month you can evaluate and see what you didn't need or could cut back on...

Another good day for me not an NSD but only bought essentials. Menu planned for nest two weeks and have started my internet order from my menu plan and list. Still writing everything down.

not been on for a few days but been working, two more NSD so really pleased with them and I am still almost keeping up with the writing everything down very enlighting I would urge everyone to give it a go,
