I bought a great cooker from jual six months ago with no problems. I phoned up to place my order and spoke to a very nice young man who advised that I would receive a receipt in the post the next morning and a phone call two days later to arrange a delivery date. I got my call and receipt as promised and my cooker was delivered a few days later by two great guys who were very pleasant and helpful. Delivery cost me £29.00 which was fine by me as I live in South Wales and as the delivery drivers said at the time, it's a hell of a trek..:D. All in all I saved almost £100 buying from these guys.
I am sorry that some people have had bad experiences but I can only judge on my own.
