muhahahahaha
the joys of a three bedroom semi!
I have neither a spare room nor a utility room!
My parents have just been - dad, who is *erm* germ-phobic, walked through the house to look at DD's new dvd shelf (from IKEA)
I dare say it as Mudbath is otherwise occupied;):o
saying - it's nice and clean!
Have just had windows cleaned and paid next doors too as they're away so, as the window cleaners had unbolted their gate, got their recycling box out and both have now been emptied. So off to get them in and re-bolt the gate for them - they're in Greece.
Have prepped a veggie chilli and put it on to cook...just having a coffee and an apple then I will make both DDs and my bed, then do my room.
Anyone else? Help y'self

Thanks for all the positive comments re the headstone, kawz I had some brochures sent in th post then I could browse when the mood took me. I know what you mean about choices, it's mind boggling. Some of the websites are awful, make it feel very impersonal and production line like. Miss A was adamant that we didn't have a 'boring' stone! With prices running from £400 to £3k + it's not easy.
AnWMum, I just know you will find the right thing, and I also think it is lovely MissA is old enough to help you and to understand, and I agree with her about not being 'boring'......
Sorry for being missing, but flying is sort of done
Lawns cut last night, just finished before it got too dark
WM is on,
Normal service should be resumed on Monday!!

I am the kind of person who gets a kick from being extra nice to people who are like that (when I'm not allowed to answer back anyway). I think its funny when they are trying to pick a fight with you and you just don't rise to it...it winds them up even more. hee hee!
Yesterday's decluttering at mums did not have a great start - thought i'd do us both a favour and get rid of a few bigish items to the tip that we'd both got, so dismantled the back seat, filled it with untold heavy and grotty wonders including an old and very heavy TV that ricked both of our backs to shift down the stairs, got to the tip and you've guessed it, it's now shut on Thursdays so we had to cart it all home again  - but we did manage to make an initial list of all of the major things in each room that she wants doing so not a complete loss - will start them when our backs have recovered!!!
Today's list
Write letter to Aviva re: name change 15 15
Document sifting/shredding 15 15
Tidying round 15 15
Wash walls in kitchen (need to find s/soap) 15 15 30
Post office/newsagent run 15
Exercise 5 5 10
I'd rather be watching CSI!0
