    Have you noticed how many ads there are now for companies wanting your scrap gold jewellery? They came from nowhere as soon as the financial climate got a bit!
    When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
