Hi there I have my mortgage offer through and am now starting to relax and sort out buying the items needed for the house move.
as I am a FTB I have never went through a mortgage before and am just wanting to check if I am ok to be relaxing now or do the mortgage company still need to do any check or anything like that.
offer has been posted to myself but I just worry..
many thanks

I would look but dont buy anything for the house move yet!
Wait until you are in the house and can measure up all rooms and windows
Keep saving as much as possible as the bills roll in big style for the first few months.
Have a look at who you want for the gas, elec, phone & broadband.
You can move into a house with a bed ( I did) and check out e-bay, buy & sell and British Heart Foundation ( now selling furniture) as well as free cycle.
Good Luck0
